The first Hero Certified Burger opened in November of 2003 in
Hazelton Lanes, Yorkville. Hero brand owner John Lettieri, in
association with his first franchisee Peter McLennan opened the store to excellent reviews. Already Hero
has many regular customers, loyal to the quality and service they
can get only at Hero Certified Burgers. Manager Margaret Lau says
of people's loyalty, "We have a great number of regular customers
and I have done my best to learn their names. Some people I'll
see four or five times a week."
Looking towards expansion Hero has plans for a number of new
locations around the Metropolitan Toronto area and franchise information
is available on this web-site.
Mission Statement
Our goal is to deliver the best tasting food and the highest
quality service in a clean environment for a fair price. At Hero
Certified Burger we are constantly evaluating every aspect of
our business, looking for ways to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
We want to offer our guests a delicious meal and exceptional service
every time they visit.
Testimonial
Joining a franchise means joining a team... marketing, product,
suppliers, design and concepts all come together to put you in
a successful business. I graduated from owning the first Lettieri
Veloce cafe and now the first Hero Certified Burgers location
(both at Hazelton Lanes Shopping Centre) and I am glad to be operating
two successful and innovative concepts.
The food-service industry can be tough, but the franchise
terms are better that most that are out there and I think what
we've got is a solid concept with a bright future.
