TORONTO, Ontario - Forget the pizza and greasy spoons, gourmet burgers hit the spot for Toronto night owls. Hero Certified Burgers, a restaurant experience unlike any traditional burger "joint", announces that it will serve late night foodies until 2:00 a.m. on weekends at its St. Clair location. From their highest grade of Angus beef to 100% certified vegan burgers, Hero offers the ultimate burger selection in Toronto. A concept introduced by John Lettieri, founder and operator of Lettieri Espresso bar and café, Hero has developed a loyal following among Torontonians who already enjoy the restaurant's unique gastronomical concept at four locations throughout the city.

" Burgers are the classic North American fare, and at Hero we have taken this simple pleasure and enhanced it with the finest quality meats and mouth-watering gourmet toppings," says John Lettieri. "The response at the St. Clair location has been overwhelming since opening in July, so we have decided to offer our costumers the opportunity to experience Hero tasty treats late into the night."

Hero Certified Burgers are made with 100% Angus Beef and all Hero Burgers and Big Frank 100% pure beef hot dogs are made with no filler or MSG. They are additive, preservative, and gluten free. Hero beef burgers are offered in three sizes (four ounces, six ounces and eight ounces) allowing customers to choose a size to fit their appetite. Hero Certified Burgers also offers Chicken Breast Sandwiches tenderized in Soya and Soul Burgers that are 100% certified vegan.

Hero Certified Burgers also offer customers a wide range of gourmet toppings to personalize their meal including avocado spread, smoked provolone, sauteed mushrooms and Hero's own Certified Sauce. "In addition to standard toppings, we also have gourmet toppings that customers can't obtain at traditional places," says Lettieri.
