Good day J
I am writing not to complain but totally the opposite.
I just wanted to say “Thank You” finally there is a burger out there that really satisfies the palate.
I have been looking for a place where the food tastes like food and nothing that is processed. I am tired of the flimsy micro-waved excuse of a burger they serve at these fast food places, and I’m sure I don’t need to mention their names as well as some of these so called “restaurants” who claim their burgers are the best, well, if dry is best I would really like to know what is bad. *laughs* I suffer from intestinal/stomach issues and most of the time have difficulty digesting any sort of red meat especially hamburger meat. But being part of the population I am only human and have cravings. I wanted to let you know that, I had no trouble with the Hero burger that was served to me today at your 21 Famous Avenue by your friendly staff.
The service was wonderful, the pretty girl behind the counter was happy to help us make a decision and always smiling. The gentleman was quite courteous as well. Did not have to wait 20 mins as in most places and it was all fresh and intact. Nothing worse then pulling the wrapper away from your burger and things look like a tornado just rushed through between the buns.
I know it must sound crazy but I really just wanted to finally say, Thank you.
I am sure you will all be getting busy in the near future as I work for a pretty big company GANZ located on Weston Rd and Steeles and am passing the word around via email to all I know, recommending Hero’s for lunch/dinner or just for a night with friends.
P.S. To the others I emailed, try it out! Pass it on! I swear by it!

Hello,
I just had to share my first experience with a Hero Burger.Last September I had emergency surgery for a detached retina. I could not see out of my one eye for eight weeks and then had double vision for several more weeks. My doctor told me that if the double vision did not improve I would need a second surgery.
I met a friend of mine for lunch at the Queen St location. What better way to drown your sorrows than with a 100% beef burger. Over lunch and the retelling of my sad tale I looked up at her in amazement.
"There is only one of you."
"Yeah, I'm pretty unique."
"No, really. There is only one of you. I don't see two of you."
My double vision corrected itself over lunch. Needless to say I am avery big fan.

Thank you for the number to your new St-Clair and Yonge location. I stumbled upon it last week and bought burgers for our whole office. THEY ARE THE BEST BURGERS IN THE CITY!! The Maple Chipotle, the Creole mustard, and BRIE, on a burger??? Does life get better then this? Your staff is FANTASTIC too! Couple all these with the greatest coffee in Toronto and you have yourself a SLAM DUNK!! Congratulations! I look forward to telling all my friends about Certified Hero Burgers!!!
